We really liked working with David. He listened to what we wanted done and had good ideas to improve what we were thinking. He got back to us quickly with an estimate that was nicely detailed so we knew that what we had discussed was included in the estimate. We also wanted this to be done with a permit and David took care of securing that which we appreciated. The replacement of two front sidewalks was done in one day. His guys were no nonsense, showed up on time and got right to work. We are extremely happy with the result and felt the cost was very reasonable. We had several contracts come out before David and they would only give verbal estimates and suggested we not worry about getting a permitI can't say enough about how pleased we are with the work and would use Maloy Concrete again without hesitation.
